Can you work from a consultant's drawings?
Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. We tender against issued drawings, raise buildability issues in writing before award, and coordinate directly with your consultant throughout construction.
Can the building stay open during works?
In most cases yes. We phase by floor or zone with sealed hoarding, dedicated service access, agreed working hours, and dust and noise controls, handing back each section before opening the next.
How do you price — lump sum or remeasure?
Both. Lump sum where drawings are complete, remeasurable rates where scope is still moving. We will tell you which suits your drawings rather than defaulting to whichever favours us.
How do you approach site-specific design?
Every project responds to its climate, context, views, circulation, and surrounding environment before architectural solutions are developed.
Can you assist with design approvals and documentation?
We provide the necessary architectural documentation and support required throughout approval and coordination processes.
Do you handle municipality permits?
Yes, under development management, including utility connections and civil defence coordination. On a straight build contract we support your consultant's submissions instead.
